<![CDATA[This research is field research (field research) is qualitative, that is a research that produce descriptive data. The subjects of this study are students of KI-BKI Department of class of 2014. The object of this research is the readiness of work in the Islamic student's personality of KI-BKI force of 2014. Data collection techniques used include interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the results of data analysis, the research findings show that the readiness of work on aspects of knowledge, skills, and work actions in the Islamic student's personality of KI-BKI force 2014 have good ability. From the results of the research there are some suggestions that are given to the department of KI-BKI to continue to improve efforts in facilitating the development of counselor competence. For KI-BKI students as BK teacher candidates to continue to develop themselves to achieve the expected counselor competence.]]>

<![CDATA[Population-oriented life behavior is the norm / value adopted in life and is expected to be a character for every individual in society. Population-based life behavior is the support of population-oriented development. This research uses qualitative research design. Qualitative research is descriptive research and tend to use analysis. Theoretical basis is used as a guide to focus the research in accordance with the facts in the field. The study involved nine PIK R representing nine sub-districts of sixteen sub-districts in Semarang. Based on observation, interviews, and documentation. Some problems that arise in the management of PIK R to realize population-oriented society, among others, the absence of mentoring from the service, no document guidance to be followed and completed in PIK R, uneven distribution of activity funds, lack of support from the community, difficulties in regeneration, IEC (communication, information and education) services on reproductive health have not run smoothly due to limited personnel and facilities.]]>

<![CDATA[A numerical aptitude test is a test designed to identify how well a person can understand ideas and concepts expressed in the form of numbers and how easily one can think and solve the problems stated in the form of numbers. Mathematics learning achievement is the mastery of knowledge or numeracy skills that appear from the results / achievements learned by high school students. The study used quantitative design with the number of subjects 154 high school students. The instrument used is Differential Apptitude Test (DAT). The result of statistical test by using linear regression analysis shows that the achievement of learning mathematics of high school students is significantly influenced by numerical talent ability with regression equation as follows: mathematics learning achievement = 8,084 + (2,549 x numerical talent).]]>

<![CDATA[The motivation of learning is an encouragement from internal of the individual for learning activities. Students have a critical and idealistic priciple, must have a high motivation learning, it is because they have the choice for his life.. But the reality the students is low of the motivation learning, , and they are always to late do the task. The condition is may be is have contribution from the self-concept of the students. The purpose of the study is to views the self concept contribute, learning motivation, and the contribution of self concept to the learning motivation student of guidance and counseling University Muhammadiyah Metro. The research method used is correlation method, The research population is 310 students, and technique of sampling using proporsioanal random sampling, and the number of sample is 175 students. The analysis technique used data product moment. The result showed that the students of guidance and counseling university Muhammadiyah Metro was in medium category, and motivation was in medium criterion. Thus, the result of research is self concept to contribute positive and significant to the motivation learning student of guidance and counseling University Muhammadiyah Metro ]]>

<![CDATA[This article aims to examine the concept of evidence-based practice in counseling. In the last few decades, service-related professions, such as counseling, are finding new evidence-based practice trends (EBPs). The purpose of using EBP in counseling is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of mental health services resulting in accountability to the public. The EBP decision-making process in counseling can be through five main stages: developing questions; collecting research results; reviewing evidences critically; select and implement eviden; and monitor progress of changes to clients. Implementation of this phase is a long process and requires the clinical expertise of the counselor in elaborating the collected research results, and the client's needs based on their characteristics, culture, and preferences. To this end, this article recommends the need for special training for counselors to implement evidence-based practice in counseling.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of the research is want to get a about the relationship by parents to take great care of planting the value of a child at the public junior high schools all the kabupaten bantul students. The method in this research is quantitative research method. Data Collection Techniques using questionnaires implantation on the pillars. In the research conducted, the technique used for data collection is a questionnaire. Total item questionnaire in the form of two alternative answers (yes and no), compiled 45 items. The research was conducted in four (4) locations in Bantul, as follows: (a) The area of Bantul North, (b) Region Bantul West, (c) The area of Bantul South, (d) The area of Bantul East, (e) The area of Bantul Central. Sampling technique is non-random sampling. Data analysis techniques using Product Moment Correlation. The correlation between the value of the behavior of harmony with the value of planting along well with p = 0.71 and p <0.05 means there is no correlation between the value of the pillars of the behavior of students with grades of planting the pillars by the parents to the student. When seen from the value of p 0.71 p> 0.05 so that it can be concluded that there is no relationship between the implantation on the pillar by the parents to the students of the pillars of student behavior.]]>

<![CDATA[Data cumulative system is a kind of data in the guidance and counselling services which is used to help students in determining their future careers. The development of web-based data cumulative system for the guidance and counselling aims at stimulating guardians to actively participate in the guidance and counselling services done by the institution. The developed system is equipped with the short message text feature in order to facilitate staff in charge to send messages to the guardians. Web-based system to be one alternative that can reach the service to parents. This system is developed in order to stimulate the active role of parents in monitoring the development of children during the school.]]>

<![CDATA[Peningkatan kualitas kesadaran diri merupakan aspek dalam ranah perkembangan sosial-emosional anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas bimbingan konseling untuk meningkatkan kesadaran diri usia dini usia dini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif yang analisis dengan model analisis interaktif yang disajikan dengan kriteria penilaian dan pencapaian dalam bentuk persentase. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengamatan, wawancara dan teknik dokumen sebagai pendukung penelitian dengan menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan metode untuk menguji keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan bimbingan konseling merupakan pendekatan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kesadaran diri anak dengan tetap memperhatikan prinsip bimbingan dan konseling.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is classroom action research, conducted in class and outside class in the form of parenting group with research subject is the students of class IX D of SMP Negeri 1 Patikraja. This research is focused on group guidance activity with parenting model by supervisor teacher consistently and continuously in order to improve student's learning achievement. Research can be implemented with 3 cycles with the results of research indicates an increase in learning achievement outcomes from each stage of the cycle through try out results. The improvement of student achievement result can be seen with the average acquisition showing good improvement that is from try out I and II up 1.15% or from the average 54,85 to 62,93 then try out II to III from 62 , 93 to 63.91 or up 1.02%, then try out III to the district from 63.91 to 66.76 or up 1.04% and final national exam results from try out Regency 66.76 to 82.53 during national exam or up 1.24%.]]>
